Levellr · Barcelona · 35 people · 4 days
Levellr wanted four proper days away in the sunshine with their 35-person team. We took them to a renovated castle in the hills outside Barcelona — a pool, mountain views and loads of space to co-work from — and built a running team competition through the whole retreat, from a day-one team formation to a Beach Olympics and a Scavenger Hunt. Balanced with focused work sessions and tapas dinners at the property, it kept the energy high and the whole team mixed, right to the final day.
Tint always did their offsites at the beach — this time they wanted something completely different. We brought their 45-person US team to a summer-quiet ski village just outside Montreal — a mountain-paradise hotel with a mix of casual coworking spaces and AV-ready meeting rooms for company-wide sessions. Across a week we balanced real work with big adventure: a build-your-own-pirate-ship race on the lake, go-karting in the city, and team dinners out in town.

PhysicsX · London · 200 people · away-day
PhysicsX wanted their whole 300-person company together — across offices in London and New York. We created Build [Beyond], one shared event identity that tied both away days into a single moment, and supported the design of each. Then we delivered the London day end to end for 200 people: morning strategy sessions, a food-truck lunch in the courtyard, an afternoon scavenger hunt, and a summer party with a DJ, lawn games and a dinner to remember.
