A beachside paradise

By January, Tint had had it with the cold. What they wanted was simple, just to get everyone somewhere warm for a week, spend proper time together, and come back having actually got some work done instead of sitting through a load of sessions. Costa Rica it was.

We set the week up around that. The working bits were built to be productive: stretches with the whole team in one room with plenty of time for team breakouts, and everything else running quietly in the background so nobody had to think about logistics. Then we made sure the rest of the time felt extra special.

One day we got everyone out on a boat. People jumped straight in to swim around these gorgeous little coves, and we finished with dinner on an island as the sun went down -- a meal to remember. Another day we took them into the national park and put them on ziplines.
By the end of it they'd done the work, seen a proper chunk of Costa Rica, and spent time building relationships to last.
